we’re Dominique and Thomas Eisenhofer and we look forward to receiving you in our vacation rental. We affectionately designed this space not just for ourselves but to suit the tastes of our guests as well.
Your Leisure is our mission. Thomas invites you to join his golf lessons while Dominique operates the Amici Beach Kiosk in the beautiful natural swimming pool "Kainzenbad". In the winter time we run together a ski and snowboard center with touring ski rental, ski service and a Skidepod.

Garmisch-Partenkirchen might be famous as a winter sports town, but it can be just as exciting in the summer. With such a range of things to do, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Whether your focus is on sports & adventure or rather on health & well-being. Numerous hiking and biking trails lead you through beautiful landscapes. In winter there is also plenty to do. The ski areas Garmisch Classic and Zugspitze can be reached by a short car or bus ride (the bus stop is right by the house.) There are also a variety of toboggan runs to visit, one of which is just a short way from the house (Martinshütte.) Cross-country trails, many winter hiking trails and ski trails are waiting to be discovered by you. You can also ice skating and curling at the Olympic Hall, and occasionally enjoy a warm mulled wine...
