Location and Surrounding Area

The surrounding area boasts many wonderful hiking paths (Burgruine-Werdenfels, Martinshütte, Kramaer Plateau path, Pfleger Lake etc.) just waiting for you to explore.
The Garmisch city center with its attractive shopping possibilities can easily be reached on foot.
The ski areas Garmisch Classic and Zugspitze can be reached by a short car or bus ride (the bus stop is right by the house.) There are also a variety of toboggan runs to visit, one of which is just a short way from the house (Martinshütte.)
There are several golf courses, for beginners and more exerienced golfers, in the area as well. We’ll gladly organize things for you, as either lessons or a golfing trip for you with a PGA pro.
